• •Store & inventory data — product names, SKUs, costs, prices, stock levels, and supplier information you import or enter.
• •Sales data — transaction records synced from connected POS/ecommerce integrations (e.g. Shopify, Square).
• •Integration credentials — access tokens for connected platforms stored securely in our database.
• •Usage data — pages visited, features used, and error events (via Sentry) to improve the service.
• •Cookie data — session cookies required for authentication only. No advertising or tracking cookies.

3. How We Use Your Data

We use your data solely to provide the Revenop service:

• •Displaying your inventory, sales, and analytics dashboards
• •Running AI analysis to surface reorder suggestions, promotions, and alerts
• •Syncing data with your connected integrations
• •Sending transactional emails (e.g. account verification, purchase orders)
• •Monitoring errors and performance to maintain service reliability

We do not sell your data to third parties. We do not use your data for advertising.

4. Legal Basis (GDPR)

We process your data under the following lawful bases:

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. If you close your account, we will delete your data within 30 days, except where we are required by law to retain it longer.
